What a year it’s been. I can’t believe that we’re already halfway through the year and it seems that things just keep picking up too don’t they?! June especially was amazing for me and my family. We watched my brother compete and qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games! I’m so proud of him. I also had a fun month at work… Zach and I had a wedding, a handful of senior sessions, as well as quite a few consultations! So needless to say there wasn’t much downtime. We’re thankful for all the craziness in our lives, but also looking forward to a little downtime before the rest of the season picks up!
Somehow I still managed to read quite a few books during the month of June. Zach’s been working late hours at work so instead hanging out with him or watching tv, I’ve had my nose in a book. There’s been so many great reads out lately, but honestly my favorite book I read this past month was a poetry collection, milk and honey by rupi kaur. It was honest, raw, and beautiful. I highly recommend this one!!
